Tryptic Soy Broth with Bromocresol Purple 是液體培養基，屬於通用與計數類的標準配方。用於好氧菌與真菌的增菌、無菌試驗與環境監控。上鼎以食品級原料製造，生產環境通過 ISO 22000 認證，每批附 COA。本品為清真認證版本。
原理
Tryptic Soy Broth, also known as Soybean-Casein Digest Medium, is a general-purpose medium that supports the growth of a wide range of microorganisms.¹ʼ² Pancreatic digest of casein and papaic digest of soybean meal provide nitrogen, amino acids, and peptides for growth.¹ʼ² Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic balance, dipotassium phosphate buffers the medium, and dextrose serves as a fermentable carbohydrate. Bromocresol purple is incorporated as a pH indicator. When organisms grow and ferment the dextrose, the organic acids produced lower the pH and change the indicator from purple to yellow, providing a visual indication of acid production.
通用與計數培養基怎麼選
平板計數培養基用於食品、飲用水與環境檢體的總生菌數計數；營養培養基與胰化大豆培養基是非挑剔性細菌的通用選擇，後者營養較豐富，也用於無菌試驗與環境監控；腦心浸出液培養基營養最豐富，適合鏈球菌等營養需求較高的菌種。需要計數就用瓊脂版，需要增殖就用液體版。
配製與使用
Suspend 30.02 g of the powder in 1 L of purified water. Heat with continuous stirring and bring to the boil for 1 minute. Dispense into tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Avoid overheating to prevent caramelization of the dextrose. Test the finished medium for performance using stable, standard control cultures.
