產品說明
Tryptic Soy Agar H 是 TSA 的清真認證版本，營養豐富、不含抑制劑，用於製藥與食品工廠的環境監控平板，以及一般細菌的分離、計數與保存。以食品級原料製造並附清真認證文件，適合需要清真證明的製藥、食品與代工客戶。
原理
Tryptic Soy Agar H, described in the pharmacopoeias as Soybean-Casein Digest Agar, is a general-purpose medium that supports the growth of a wide range of aerobic and facultatively anaerobic bacteria and fungi.¹ Pancreatic digest of casein and papaic digest of soybean meal supply nitrogen, amino acids, and peptides, with the soybean digest contributing natural carbohydrates. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic equilibrium, and agar acts as the solidifying agent. The absence of selective agents and fermentable sugar makes the medium suitable for the total aerobic microbial count in non-sterile products and for environmental monitoring by settle, contact, and air-sampling plates. Supplemented with 5% defibrinated sheep blood, it serves as a base for the cultivation of fastidious organisms and the observation of haemolytic reactions.² This formulation is prepared from raw materials of Halal-compliant origin, with the composition unchanged from the pharmacopoeial formula.
通用與計數培養基怎麼選
平板計數培養基用於食品、飲用水與環境檢體的總生菌數計數；營養培養基與胰化大豆培養基是非挑剔性細菌的通用選擇，後者營養較豐富，也用於無菌試驗與環境監控；腦心浸出液培養基營養最豐富，適合鏈球菌等營養需求較高的菌種。需要計數就用瓊脂版，需要增殖就用液體版。
配製與使用
Suspend 40 g of powder in 1 L of purified water. Heat with continuous stirring and bring to the boil for 1 minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. Test the finished medium for performance using stable, standard control cultures.
