Potato Mannitol Dextrose Broth 是液體培養基，屬於食品與臨床檢驗用的選擇性培養基，以選擇性成分抑制雜菌、以鑑別成分辨識目標菌落。用於醋酸菌等能利用甘露醇的菌株培養。上鼎以食品級原料製造，生產環境通過 ISO 22000 認證，每批附 COA。本品為清真認證版本。
原理
Potato PEPTONE: Acts as the base, supplying essential starches, vitamins, and nitrogen that promote the luxuriant growth of fungi. Dextrose: Serves as a highly accessible primary carbohydrate and energy source to stimulate rapid fungal growth. Mannitol: Acts as a secondary carbon and energy source, which is frequently utilized for specific metabolic studies or for encouraging the growth of certain beneficial soil bacteria and specialized fungal strains. 選擇性培養基的檢驗流程
病原菌檢驗通常分三段：先用增菌培養基（如緩衝蛋白腖水）讓受損菌體復原並增加數量，再用選擇性增菌培養基抑制雜菌，最後用選擇性鑑別培養基分離出目標菌落。選擇性成分多為膽鹽、染劑或抗生素，用來抑制非目標菌；鑑別成分則讓目標菌長出特定顏色或型態的菌落。請依您採用的檢驗方法選擇對應的培養基組合。
配製與使用
Suspend g of the medium in 1000 mL of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. If suppression of bacterial growth is required, adjust the pH to approximately 3.5 after sterilization using sterile tartaric acid (or lactic acid). Note: Do not reheat the medium after acidification, as this impairs its performance.

01選擇性培養基可以高壓滅菌嗎？
不一定。部分含有染劑或選擇性抑制劑的培養基過度加熱會失去選擇性，只需加熱至完全溶解、不可高壓滅菌。請依本產品的配製說明操作，不確定時歡迎聯絡我們確認。
02每公升要加多少克粉末？
每公升去離子水加 39 g；配製與滅菌條件依規格書。
03這個產品要怎麼配製？
