產品說明
Standard Nutrient Agar No. 1 是瓊脂（固態）培養基，屬於通用與計數類的標準配方。依歐洲標準配方的通用計數培養基，用於非挑剔性細菌的培養與計數。上鼎以食品級原料製造，生產環境通過 ISO 22000 認證，每批附 COA。本品為清真認證版本。
原理
Peptone, yeast extract, and meat extract provide nitrogen, vitamins, amino acids, and carbon required for the growth of non-fastidious organisms. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic equilibrium of the medium. The addition of 10% biological fluids such as blood, serum, or egg yolk makes the medium suitable for the cultivation of related fastidious organisms. The medium may also be used as a base for the preparation of special-purpose culture media.
通用與計數培養基怎麼選
平板計數培養基用於食品、飲用水與環境檢體的總生菌數計數；營養培養基與胰化大豆培養基是非挑剔性細菌的通用選擇，後者營養較豐富，也用於無菌試驗與環境監控；腦心浸出液培養基營養最豐富，適合鏈球菌等營養需求較高的菌種。需要計數就用瓊脂版，需要增殖就用液體版。
配製與使用
Suspend 37 g of powder in 1 L of purified water. Heat with continuous stirring and bring to the boil for 1 minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes. Test the finished medium for performance using stable, standard control cultures.

食品與飲用水的總生菌數計數通常使用平板計數培養基（PCA），以傾注平板法於 30°C 培養。實際培養溫度與時間請依您採用的檢驗方法規定。
02每公升要加多少克粉末？
每公升去離子水加 37 g；配製與滅菌條件依規格書。
03對應哪些市售品牌？適用哪些標準方法？
配方對照：Oxoid Standard Plate Count Agar、Merck Standard I Nutrient Agar。適用標準方法：ISO 11133。各家配方可能有細微差異，以規格書為準。
