產品說明
Primary yeast peptone produced by controlled autolysis of a selected yeast strain cultivated on a molasses-based medium. Processed by microfiltration under strict quality control to give high clarity, light colour and a neutral pH. Rich in free amino acids, peptides, vitamins and growth factors, with low ash and very low sodium chloride. Guaranteed non-GM and free of ingredients of animal origin.
