Primary yeast extract produced by controlled autolysis of a selected yeast strain cultivated on a molasses-based medium. A highly soluble powder with high total and amino nitrogen, low ash and very low sodium chloride, supplying readily available amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential trace elements. Guaranteed non-GM and free of ingredients of animal origin.
