原理
Soy Peptone Yeast Extract Feeding Medium (Mg²⁺ supplemented) is a nutrient-rich complex feed formulation designed for use in Escherichia coli fermentation processes. The medium provides readily available nitrogen sources, growth factors, and essential cofactors to support sustained microbial growth and metabolic activity during fed-batch or nutrient supplementation stages. Soy peptone serves as a primary source of peptides and amino acids, supplying organic nitrogen necessary for cellular protein synthesis and biomass formation. Yeast extract provides essential vitamins, nucleotides, trace elements, and additional growth-promoting factors that enhance bacterial metabolism and overall culture performance. Magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄) is included as a source of magnesium ions (Mg²⁺), which are critical cofactors for many enzymatic reactions involved in DNA replication, transcription, and protein synthesis.
