Primary yeast extract produced by controlled autolysis of a selected yeast strain cultivated on a molasses-based medium. A highly soluble powder providing a balanced source of free amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential trace elements, with a tightly controlled near-neutral pH and very low sodium chloride. Guaranteed non-GM and free of ingredients of animal origin.
