Primary yeast extract produced by controlled autolysis of a selected yeast strain cultivated on a molasses-based medium. A highly soluble powder delivering a rich, readily available supply of free amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential trace elements, with high total and amino nitrogen and very low sodium chloride. Guaranteed non-GM and free of ingredients of animal origin.
