Ordering from the US, Europe and other overseas markets

The practical questions first: where it ships from, who handles import, how long it takes, how you pay. Figures that depend on the product and quantity are confirmed on the quotation within one business day.

Where it ships from: All STBIO MEDIA own-brand products ship from our factory in New Taipei City, Taiwan. We do not currently hold stock in the United States or Europe; shipments go directly from Taiwan to you or your forwarder.
Lead time: Produk standar dikirim dalam tujuh hari kerja setelah konfirmasi pesanan. Formulasi pesanan khusus dan volume besar memiliki waktu produksi yang dicantumkan pada penawaran. Pengiriman kurir udara biasanya beberapa hari; pengiriman laut untuk jumlah palet dikonfirmasi per pengiriman.
Incoterms and who handles import: We quote EXW Taiwan or FOB Taiwan as standard, and CIF/CFR to your port on request. Import customs clearance and duties in your country are handled by you or your forwarder; we provide every document they need and can work with your nominated forwarder or courier account.
HS codes: Peptones and protein hydrolysates: HS 3504.00. Prepared culture media: HS 3821.00. Yeast extracts: HS 2106.90 or 3504.00 depending on the product. The exact code for each product is stated on the commercial invoice.
Documents with every shipment: Commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis for each lot, Safety Data Sheet. Certificate of origin, health or free-sale certificates and legalised documents can be arranged on request before shipment.
Minimum order and pack sizes: Kemasan standar 500 g, 5 kg dan 25 kg. Tidak ada jumlah pesanan minimum, begitu juga untuk sampel evaluasi.
Payment: Transfer bank (T/T) dalam USD; ketentuan dicantumkan pada penawaran. Kartu kredit tidak diterima. Pengaturan lain dapat dibicarakan untuk pesanan berulang.
Samples: Evaluation samples of standard pack size are free and shipped by courier, usually arriving within a week. Request them from the product page or the sample request form, noting your intended use.
Response time: Quotations and technical questions are answered within one business day. We are at UTC+8; messages sent during the US or European working day are answered by your next morning.
