What we collect
Data you provide. When you use the contact form, quote request, sample request, document request or member registration, we ask for your company name, name, email address, telephone number, country or region, and the content of your enquiry. This data is necessary to handle your request.
Data generated automatically. To keep the site running and secure, our servers and content delivery network log the connecting IP address, browser type, time of visit and pages requested. If you search for products on the site, we record the search term and the number of results to improve our product data and search function; these records are not linked to your identity.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains usable, but language memory and member sign-in will be affected.
How we use the data
- To answer your enquiry, provide quotations, and send samples and technical documents.
- To create and maintain your member account so you can download technical data sheets, safety data sheets and certificates of analysis.
- To process orders and after-sales service, and to keep transaction records required by law.
- To analyse how the site is used and improve its content, product data and search.
- To keep the site secure and detect misuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry. If you would like to receive product updates from us in the future, we will ask for your separate consent.
Who we share it with
To deliver our services, your data may be processed by the following service providers:
- Google Workspace: our email and document system. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by email.
- Cloudflare: content delivery, network security and human verification.
- Google Analytics: site traffic statistics.
- LINE: if you choose to contact us through our LINE official account.
Servers of these providers may be located outside Taiwan. We work only with providers that maintain appropriate data protection measures, and we share only the minimum data needed for the service. We do not disclose your data to other third parties unless required by law or by a competent authority.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry, quotation and sample records: five years from the last contact, as a record of business dealings and for legal compliance.
- Member accounts: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Server and security logs: up to ninety days.
- Search term statistics: contain no personal identity and are kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:
- Request access or review.
- Request a copy.
- Request supplementation or correction.
- Request that collection, processing or use be stopped.
- Request deletion.

Security
All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Member sign-in does not use passwords: after you enter your email address we send a one-time sign-in link to your mailbox, valid for a short time and usable once, and the site stores no password. Internal access to data is restricted by role, and systems are reviewed and backed up regularly.
Minors
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If we revise this policy, we will update this page and the date shown above. Significant changes will be announced prominently on the site.
