Product descriptions, specifications, typical analysis values and application suggestions on this site are provided in good faith from the Company's current data, for evaluation by professionals. The formal specification of a product is the technical data sheet (TDS) and the certificate of analysis (COA) for that batch; typical values may vary slightly between batches.
Unless a product page or data sheet states otherwise, our products are intended for laboratory research, industrial fermentation and manufacturing processes only. They are not intended for clinical diagnosis or direct human use. Users are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their process and complies with the regulations of their jurisdiction.
Product images on the site are for illustration; actual packaging and appearance follow the goods shipped. The Company may update or change product information at any time without notice.
Quotations, samples and orders
Quote requests and sample requests submitted through the site are enquiries to the Company and do not form a contract of sale. Prices, lead times, minimum order quantities and payment terms are as stated in the Company's formal quotation. Samples are provided for evaluation only and may not be resold.
Member accounts and document downloads
Member services are available to businesses and professionals. You must provide accurate company and contact details and keep the email mailbox that receives your sign-in links secure; activity under your account is treated as your own. The Company may suspend an account for inaccurate details, breach of these terms or prolonged inactivity.
Technical data sheets, safety data sheets (SDS) and certificates of analysis downloaded by members are for your company's evaluation and use of the Company's products. They may not be altered and redistributed, and the Company's identification on the documents may not be removed.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, data tables, articles, trademarks and layout of this site belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, adapted, transmitted publicly or used for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent. Reasonable quotation should credit the source and link to this site.
User obligations
