產品說明
ISP Medium 6 是液體培養基，屬於國際鏈黴菌計畫（ISP）的放線菌分類培養基組。ISP 6 蛋白腖酵母鐵配方，用於判讀鏈黴菌的黑色素產生。上鼎以食品級原料製造，生產環境通過 ISO 22000 認證，每批附 COA。本品為清真認證版本。
原理
The medium contains peptone, proteose peptone, and yeast extract as sources of carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, and B-complex vitamins. Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate provides buffering capacity to maintain a stable pH. Ferric ammonium citrate and sodium thiosulfate act as the indicator system for the detection of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) production.
ISP 系列放線菌培養基
ISP（International Streptomyces Project）系列是鏈黴菌屬與其他放線菌分類鑑定的標準培養基組，各編號對應不同的碳氮源組合，用來觀察菌絲顏色、可溶性色素與孢子形成等分類特徵。分類描述通常需要同時使用數種編號並比對結果。
配製與使用
Suspend 37.6 g of the powder in 1 L of purified water. Heat with continuous stirring and bring to the boil for 1 minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Test the finished medium for performance using stable, standard control cultures.
