產品說明
Ultrafiltered peptone made from soy protein isolate, with a low degree of hydrolysis and high solubility. It is characterised by high total nitrogen, low turbidity, low bioburden and high filterability, and is low in endotoxin. Fine beige powder, readily soluble in water, containing a mixture of peptides and free amino acids. Made from raw materials of plant/microbial origin only. Non-GMO in accordance with Regulations (EC) No 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

01這支 C-Cell 驗證過哪些細胞株？
原廠資料與研究報告中用於 CHO。用於 CHO 細胞增殖與蛋白質表現，可部分取代胎牛血清。其他細胞株建議先以樣品小試。
02用量怎麼抓？要怎麼加進培養基？
依細胞與培養方式差很多：已發表的研究中貼附型 Vero 用每公升 0.5 g，懸浮型 HEK293 用每公升 5 g。先以培養基直接配成每公升 30 g 的濃縮液，0.2 µm 過濾後稀釋加入；在每公升 0.25 到 5 g 之間挑三個濃度小試，看細胞密度與產物。
03是否不含動物成分？
是。本產品不含動物成分（animal-origin-free），適合無動物來源的配方與清真需求，聲明文件可申請。
04原料是非基改的嗎？
