What are a TDS, SDS and COA, and how do I get them from the website?

The three documents

  • TDS (Technical Data Sheet): formulation, specification ranges, preparation, cultural response and storage conditions. Used for product selection and method set-up.
  • SDS (Safety Data Sheet): hazard information, handling and first-aid measures in GHS format. Needed by purchasing, warehousing and EHS audits.
  • COA (Certificate of Analysis): the actual test results of one batch before release, against the TDS specification. Used for incoming inspection and traceability.

How to obtain them

  1. Register on the website (company, name, email). A sign-in link is emailed to you; no password is needed.
  2. Once signed in, the "Technical documents" panel on each product page offers the latest TDS and SDS; products with several pack formats list one per format.
  3. For a COA, open the COA lookup page and enter the product Ref. and the batch number printed on the pack label; a match downloads the document.
  4. For older batches not yet online, or additional documents such as non-GMO or BSE/TSE statements, use the contact form.

Why sign-in is required

Technical documents are provided on a named basis so that we can notify users when a specification changes, and so that documents are not redistributed from unverified sources. Sign-in details are used for this purpose only.
