Mueller Hinton Broth is the liquid form of the Mueller Hinton formulation, for minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) testing by broth microdilution and for cultivating fastidious organisms. It is not supplemented with calcium or magnesium; adjust to cation-adjusted Mueller Hinton Broth (CAMHB) per CLSI when running MICs.
