Who issues our Halal certificate, and who recognises it

Our Halal certificate is issued by the Taiwan Halal Integrity Development Association (THIDA). THIDA is a foreign Halal certification body recognised by JAKIM (Malaysia) and a registered foreign Halal institution (LHLN) with BPJPH (Indonesia); both recognition marks are printed on the certificate. For buyers in Malaysia and Indonesia this means the certificate can be used directly in local import and labelling procedures.

• JAKIM, Malaysia (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia)THIDA is listed in JAKIM's List of Recognised Foreign Halal Certification Bodies (amendment of 19 February 2025, no. 76). JAKIM recognition runs in two-year terms and the list is updated on renewal.www.halal.gov.my
• BPJPH, Indonesia (Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency)THIDA is registered in BPJPH's directory of foreign Halal institutions (Lembaga Halal Luar Negeri, LHLN) as entry no. 116, valid to 14 November 2027, covering food, beverages, drugs, cosmetics and chemical products. Indonesian importers can register this certificate under BPJPH's foreign Halal certificate procedure without re-certification.bpjph.halal.go.id
• World Halal Food Council (WHFC)THIDA is a member body of the WHFC; the WHFC mark is printed on the certificate.www.thida.org

Recognition lists are updated periodically by each authority; check the current JAKIM and BPJPH lists before purchasing. Full certificate copies, the product attachment and recognition evidence are available on request.
