FNI 800 is a water-soluble yeast peptone produced by controlled enzymatic solubilisation of primary grown yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisae. It contains higher amounts of nucleotides 5’ GMP and 5’ IMP. It contains a high level of protein in readily and easily absorbable pre-digested forms such as peptides and amino acids. It also contains soluble vitamins, minerals and growth factors. FNI 800 is a spray-dried powder.
